Eduverse provides educational institutions, students, parents, guardians, and staff with access to school-related services and information, including academic information, attendance, communication, fee management, documents, notifications, transportation services, and other educational and administrative services.

Payment processing is performed through Razorpay and is subject to Razorpay's applicable terms and privacy practices.
Eduverse may receive or maintain payment-related information such as transaction references, payment status, receipts, amounts, and other information necessary to maintain school fee records.

Depending on the features provided by the educational institution, users may upload or access photographs, educational documents, certificates, identification documents, forms, and other school-related files.
3. Location Information and Bus Tracking
Eduverse may process location information for school transportation and bus-tracking functionality.
Location information may be used to:
- Track the location of an authorized school bus
- Display bus locations on a map
- Calculate or display estimated arrival times (ETA)
- Provide transportation-related information to authorized users
- Support school transportation operations and safety
Location functionality may require access to device location services depending on the user's role and the transportation features enabled by the educational institution.
4. Camera and Photos
Certain Eduverse features may request access to the device camera or photo library. Such access may be used to capture or select profile photographs, documents, or other images for school-related purposes.
Camera and photo access is requested only when required by an applicable feature.
5. Biometric Authentication and App Lock
Eduverse may support device-based biometric authentication, such as fingerprint or Face ID, for application locking and secure access.
Biometric authentication is handled by the device's operating system and supported security framework. Eduverse does not receive or store the user's underlying biometric fingerprint, face template, or other biometric template.
6. Device and Technical Information
Eduverse may process technical information necessary to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the application, including application version, operating system, device type, IP address, network information, logs, and technical diagnostic information where applicable.

Users should contact their respective educational institution for questions concerning institutional records controlled or maintained by that institution.
9. Sharing of Information
We may share or disclose information where reasonably necessary to provide Eduverse services, operate the application, process transactions, maintain security, provide communication services, or comply with applicable law.
Educational Institutions
Information may be made available to the school, college, educational institution, or authorized administrators responsible for the user's Eduverse account.

We may use trusted third-party service providers to support payment processing, maps, communications, infrastructure, security, and other technical services.
Legal Requirements
Information may be disclosed where required by applicable law, legal process, court order, governmental request, or where necessary to protect our legal rights, users, or service security.
We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Eduverse may use third-party services to provide specific functionality.

- Google Places — place and location search functionality where enabled
- WhatsApp — communication where enabled by the institution or user

13. Account Creation and Account Deletion
Eduverse accounts are generally created and provided through the user's educational institution. Users receive their login credentials from their school or authorized administrator.
Because accounts may be associated with institutional records, account deletion may require verification and action by the relevant educational institution.

The educational institution and/or LogicLoops may verify the identity and authorization of the requester before processing a deletion request.

14. Children's and Student Privacy
Eduverse may be used by students under the age of 18.
Eduverse is designed to support educational institutions and their authorized students, parents, guardians, and staff. Student information is processed primarily in connection with educational and administrative services.
We do not knowingly sell student or children's personal information.

Depending on applicable law and the user's relationship with the educational institution, users may have rights relating to their personal information, including:

Some requests may need to be handled by the educational institution because the institution controls the relevant educational records.
