These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Design Dual website, the Eduverse ERP platform, and associated mobile applications (together, the "Services"), operated under the Logic Loops brand. By using the Services, you agree to these terms.
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with any agreement in place between your institution or organization and Design Dual. Accounts issued to schools, colleges or businesses are for use by their authorized staff, students and parents only.
Institutional administrators are responsible for managing user access within Eduverse, including creating, disabling and role-assigning accounts. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
The Design Dual and Eduverse software, branding, designs and documentation remain the property of Design Dual. Institutional data you input remains yours; we do not claim ownership over student, staff or business records processed through the platform.
We aim to keep Eduverse and related Services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated where practical.
Fees for Eduverse and custom projects are set out in individual agreements or invoices. Late or failed payments may result in suspended access, subject to prior notice.
To the extent permitted by law, Design Dual is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Either party may terminate an agreement for the Services in line with the terms of the relevant contract. On termination, institutions may request an export of their data before deletion, per our Data Deletion Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
